Psychological Safety isn't something you "have" or "don't have".
It shows up in everyday moments - the small choices you make.
Here is a simple self check.
In the last 7 days, have you ...
Q1. Invited a voice you don't usually hear?
Did you actively seek input from someone quieter, newer, or less confident, not just the usual contributors?
Q2. Paused before reacting?
When someone challenged an idea, made a mistake, or raised a concern, did you stay curious rather than defensive?
Q3. Responded safely to bad news?
When something went wrong, did your response make it easier (or harder) for people to speak up next time?
Q4. Admitted uncertainty or a mistake?
Did you say "I don't know?", "I got that wrong", or "I need help" - and mean it?
Q5. Noticed what didn't get said?
Did you pay attention to hesitation, silence and energy shifts?

If one or more of these made you pause, this isn't failure, it's data.
Start by choosing one behaviour to practice differently this week. Small shifts compound.
