Make respect the norm, not the exception.

WHAT WE DO
Legislation now requires workplaces to have a sexual harassment prevention plan in place, making training and proactive measures essential.
Our Respectful Workplaces programs support compliance with these obligations while also creating environments where respect is the norm and harm is prevented before it occurs.
Respect at Work Training for Workers
Evidence-based, practical training for all employees to build awareness and skills to recognise, prevent, and respond to bullying, harassment, sexual harassment, and discrimination. This program sets clear expectations for behaviour, helping create a safe and respectful workplace culture.
Respect at Work Training for Leaders
Leader-specific training designed to meet legal obligations, strengthen early intervention skills, and build confidence in responding to reports through a trauma-informed lens. Leaders learn how to embed respectful behaviours across their teams, acting as a critical control measure in meeting compliance and preventing harm.
What’s different about OUR Respect at Work training?
Real behaviour change doesn’t start with lecturing and being told the do’s and don’t’s.
Validate first, then guide
We acknowledge people's current perspectives as the starting point for growth, not obstacles to overcome
Coach through complexity
Real workplace situations aren't black and white. We help people navigate nuanced scenarios with confidence
Influence through insight
When people discover solutions themselves through guided exploration, they own the change
Our training not only helps you satisfy psychosocial risk and Respect@Work requirements—it also sets the foundation for safer, more respectful environments where your people can thrive.
